Numan Paşa Vakfı'nın Balat, Hacı İsmail, Kara Hacı,Tarakçı, Ahmed Subaşı mahallelerinde, Suk-ı Arabaciyan, Tahtakale ve Avrat Pazarı'nda bulunan akarların muhasebe defteri. Defterin son sayfalarında yine Numan Paşa Vakfı'na bağlı Ahmed Subaşı Mahallesi'ndeki Hankah Kütüphanesi'nde bulunan ve hafız-ı kütüp Hüseyin Kamil Efendi'nin görevi bırakması ve Arnavutluk'a azimeti sebebiyle kitapların bir başka hafız-ı kütübe Kapıcızade Hafız Hüseyin Efendi'ye devri için listelenen kitaplar mevcuttur.
